  • Every Lottie's Trinkets piece is an original design, thoughtfully handcrafted using beautiful gemstones, pearls, crystals, and quality jewelry findings. Each piece is designed to be distinctive, wearable, and timeless, with an emphasis on color, texture, and individuality.

  • Yes. My jewelry is designed and handcrafted with care. Because each piece is individually created, slight variations in gemstones, pearls, and other natural materials are part of what makes your jewelry unique.

  • Yes. Lottie's Trinkets specializes in original jewelry designs rather than mass-produced pieces. Each collection reflects a love of color, gemstones, texture, and unexpected combinations.

Ordering

  • Simply browse the collections, select the piece you'd like, and add it to your shopping cart. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.

  • Yes! Each item is only made once. you will get the one I designed, photographed and wrote about.

  • Absolutely! Lottie's Trinkets jewelry makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, Mother's Day, graduations, or simply because someone deserves something beautiful.

  • All items are boxed, prices removed and then securely packaged. They are totally gift-giving ready!

  • Yes! there is place on the checkout page to add a simple message.

  • Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible. I try to package up same day or next day.

  • I ship worldwide and you can see my shipping rates on my terms and conditions.

  • When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Sizing & Fit

  • Individual product listings include measurements whenever possible. If you're unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help you choose the best fit.

  • All my designs are original. They are designed for optimum comfort and style. Some bracelets have flexibility. I suggest contacting me prior to purchase.

Questions About Your Order

  • Contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, I may be able to make a correction.

Gemstones and Materials

  • I use a variety of natural gemstones and other beautiful materials. Because natural gemstones are formed by nature, variations in color, pattern, shape, and inclusions are normal and should be celebrated as part of their character.

  • I make every effort to photograph the jewelry accurately. However, colors can vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and your computer or phone screen. Natural gemstones may also vary from piece to piece.

  • My designs may feature natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski® crystals, Swarovski® crystal pearls, freshwater pearls sterling silver, 14k gold, gold-filled components, and other carefully selected jewelry materials. Please refer to each individual product description for specific materials.

  • To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, cosmetics, chlorine, and household chemicals. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping. Store each piece in a dry place, preferably separately, to prevent scratching and tangling.

  • Many pieces are designed for regular wear, but jewelry will last longer when treated with care. Delicate gemstones, pearls, and crystals can be particularly sensitive to chemicals, moisture, and rough handling.

Shipping

  • Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as soon as possible. I try to package up same day or next day.

  • I ship worldwide and you can see my shipping rates on my terms and conditions.

  • When tracking is available for your shipping method, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Please review our current return policy before purchasing. Return eligibility, timeframes, and any exclusions are outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

  • This is extremely rare. However, if that happens please contact me. Please attach a photo or two.

  • Exchange availability depends on the item and the circumstances. Please contact Lottie's Trinkets before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate instructions. See more at Terms and Conditions page.

Unique Design and Custom Work

  • Yes. Everything is a unique piece of design and is made only once.
    The only exception being for a wedding.
