Shipping  

All US domestic orders are sent via USPS 1st class starting at a cost of $5.25 or $11.00 for Priority Mail. I do offer FREE 1st class shipping for all US orders over $125.00, after all discounts/gift cards have been applied. No code is needed.

International orders depend on service chosen, destination and weight of package.

Regular international first class starts at $23.00 and increases by weight.
Small priority box will ship for $50.00

Please note that the client is responsible for their country’s import duties and taxes.

Items will be dispatched as soon as the funds are cleared or as arranged at time of purchase.


 Credit Card Processing

I use an accredited 3rd party credit card processor, Stripe, based in California. They provide an item and shopping cart service that is fully visible to you, my client. This service allows you to pay securely via debit or credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

It is totally secure and your card details are encrypted and not seen by anyone other than you.  


 Sales Tax

I do add sales tax to purchases sent to both MN and WI addresses at the prevailing rate as prescribed by law.

Customs Fees for Overseas Shipments

Please note that any customs/duty fees or taxes incurred on overseas shipments are the responsibility of the client and Lottie's Trinkets is not in any form or fashion responsible for said fees.


Guarantee

I take every care in designing and making up my pieces of art jewelry and I stand behind each one 100%, so never hesitate to come back and tell me if something is not as it should be, I will be more than happy to rectify the problem! My standard guarantee period is 12 months from date of purchase against design defect. I will endeavor to repair and if unable will offer a full refund of original purchase price. After this period a fee to cover materials and labor will be applied and the full refund is no longer available.


Adjustments and Alterations

The majority of my work is made to specific lengths and dimensions to incorporate design elements and weighting.  This applies especially to earrings and necklaces.  Some bracelets can be adjusted, if you need an adjustment to a bracelet, please contact me first to ask if possible, a charge for time and/or materials will be levied.  Also ALL sale/discounted items are sold as is.

I do not adjust, alter or repair either other’s designer’s work or commercially purchased jewelry.


Returns and Refunds

I do accept returns, shipping at buyers expense, within 7 days of receipt and items must be returned in original condition. Unfortunately due to hygiene issues this cannot be extended to earrings.

Returned items need to be securely packaged in a padded mailer to avoid damage. All boxes/labelling must also be included. Items that arrive damaged will not be refunded.

All refunds are made to the original payers credit card or check in the payers name. The refund is based on the cost of the items only. The original shipping and handling is not refunded.

I charge a re-stocking fee of 15%. This covers cleaning, reposting and accounting of the item/s returned.
