Hot From the Oven....24th January 2015

At long last I can see the days are getting longer, just a few minutes, but it all helps to lift the doom and gloom of the long Minnesota wintertime.  It's actually been in MN terms warm this week, hovering around +1 or +2 C as a daily high - woo hoo break out the summer clothes!  However, we have several inches of snow forecast for tomorrow (Sunday and Monday), which might prove fun for skiing or snowshoeing.  We shall see!
